One of the great new additions as a result of today’s patch is the introduction of Dynamic Bundles.  For those who don’t already know, this feature will allow you to receive a discount based on how many of the items contained in the bundle that you already own.  It is important to note that the Dynamic Bundle mechanic is only available on bundles containing three or more items.  As it stand right now, you cannot even purchase a two item bundle if you already own one of the items that it contains (not that it would make any sense to do this, but it is a good safety feature to keep people from overpaying for something they could buy cheaper separately).

If you have wanted certain items in a bundle, but held off buying it because you already had several of the items included, then head to the store and see what type of discount you can get.  Here are a few examples of discounts that were available to me:

As you can see, I have all of the items in these bundles with the exception of one Hero.  Even though I only need one item from the bundle, it is substantially cheaper to buy the Hero thru the bundle than if I were to buy the Hero individually.  I have also heard from a person who had all of the Heroes in the Starter Bundle, but was able to get the Armored Warhorse mount and a Seven Day Stimpack for $2.29, which is cheaper than just the Stimpack alone.  Because of these deeply discounted prices, you might want to take a look at the bundles even if you weren’t previously considering them.

While new bundles have been added, the Nexus Bundle is being removed one week from today.  This bundle includes the Nazeebra mount, so if you would like that mount this may be your last chance to buy it.  I already own that bundle, so I can’t give you an idea as to the discounted price, but I would assume that if you have a large Hero collection you should be able to pick up the bundle at a very low price.  It also contains the Rainbow Unicorn mount, so if you also need that mount I would definitely check on the price before the bundle is gone for good.
