Group A elimination has come and gone and we here at Blizzpro have a re-cap for you on how it all played out. Recaps contain Spoilers.

Astral Authority(NA) vs Dignitas(EU)

Game 1.

Map: Tomb of the Spider Queen

Bans: Johanna, Tychus, Chen, Leoric

Astral Authority Draft: Valla(CauthonLuck), E.T.C.(Fury), Auriel(Jun), Alarak(Psalm), and Dehaka(Cattlepillar)

Dignitas Draft: Malfurion(Bakery), Muradin(JayPL), Gul’dan(Mene), Falstad(Snitch), and Tyrael(Athero)

The First blood for Austral Authority came from killing Tyrael then Falstad. Astral then gets the first turn in. Tyrael gets killed again as Astrak pushes out mid. Dignitas gets two kills on Valla and Dehaka and then turns things around with a turn in of their own. Astral takes a big fight killing Tyreal on a great Dehaka dodge followed by a Auriel Aegis which allows an Astral turn in. Dignitas kills Alarak and ETC followed by a turn in. Then a 3 for 1 trade in Dignitas favor while pushing which gets middle and bottom fort. 1 for 1 trade while Astral is defending the middle Keep. 4 for nothing trade in Dignitas favor as they take the mid Keep then the Core. Victory for Dignitas.

Game 2.

Map: Tower of Doom

Bans: Abathur, Illidan, Chen, Tyrael

Astral Authority Draft: Li-Ming(CauthonLuck), Stitches(Fury), Malfurion(Jun), Medivh(Psalm), and Dehaka(Cattlepillar)

Dignitas Draft: Brightwing(Bakery), Muradin(JayPL), Gul’dan(Mene), Tychus(Snitch), and  Zeratul(Athero)

Zeratul is picked off first giving Astral 1st blood. After first 3 shrines 32-28 Astral trailing. Li-Ming is killed leaving both teams even on experience and kills. Astral gets a 3-0 off of a Stitches hook combo with Malfurion root followed by a Medivh portal chase down. 2-0 for Dignitas of some solid team work and follows up by taking the shrine for a 32-24 lead.  Hook Gorge portal combo on Brightwing for the kill. Same combo to kill Muradin, Zeratul steals a shrine to give Dignitas a 29-19 lead. Zeratul gets picked off by a gorge combo. Dehaka gets picked off from body blocks and Horrify. Kills on Muradin and Gul’dan. Zeratul steals one shrine to keep a 20-16 lead for Dignitas. 1 for 1 trade on a very close team fight. 2 for 1 trade in the favor of Dignitas. After the shrines Dignitas leads 20-12. Dignitas takes the boss giving them a 20-8 lead. 5-0 wipe in the favor of Dignitas and takes the game and match,
